(A) You Will Need to Have the Following Information to Complete This Application:
1. Tax Identification Number or SSN#
2. Date Business Established
3. Business Location
4. Business Checking Account Number
5. Financial Institution Name
(B) You Will Need To Furnish BCC With The Following Required documentation
1. BankCard Central merchant processing application
2. Business Capital Corp application
3. Prior 4 months processing statements
4. Previous two year-end business financial statements or tax returns
5. Copy of corporate or partnership documents (if applicable)
6. Copy of lease on business premises
7. Current personal financial statement(s) and tax return(s) on guarantors
8. Copy of voided check from merchant's bank account
9. Photos of business (include signage and interior) or copy of business license
